Prison Support Role

This is an extraordinary job that requires someone like you to support the day-to-day running of a busy prison.
As an Operational Support Grade, you will play a key part in maintaining security and order within the prison. Your tasks may include:
* Managing deliveries and supervising visitors
* Monitoring phone calls and CCTV
* Assisting with searches and maintaining security at the gate
The role involves a mix of desk duties and more physical tasks such as lifting, carrying and walking to accompany vehicles across the prison grounds.
We are looking for someone who is a good communicator, can keep calm under pressure, and has good judgement and common sense.
As an OSG, you will work a variety of shifts, including weekend and night shifts, to ensure the smooth operation of the prison.

You will have limited contact with prisoners, although depending on the particular prison you may interact with them occasionally.

In addition to your base pay, you will receive:
