Job Description

What you will be doing:
1. Building new organization from pre-opening period.
2. Responsible for overseeing all aspects of our business operations. This includes developing and implementing strategic plans, managing budgets, optimizing operational efficiency, and fostering a positive organizational culture.
3. You will lead a diverse team, ensuring effective communication and collaboration across departments.
Qualifications
Your experience and skills include:
1. Proven track record in leadership and strategic management.
2. Experience of Pre-opening hotel & worked as general manager on mid-scale hotel will be preferable.
3. Highly skilled in managing owner/management company relationships.
4. Strategic, creative, and able to communicate how plans will deliver overall goals.
5. Proven track record in making hotel operations profitable.
6. Excellent speaking and presentation skills.
7. Fluent in Korean & English.
