Hotel Front of House Team Leader - Windsor, Berkshire What you'll bring to the team Location: LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort, Windsor, SL4 4AY Hours: Full time, across a 7-day rota, with shifts between 7am and 10pm on a rotational basis Contract Type: Seasonal until January 2025, with the potential to be made permanent Here at the LEGOLAND Windsor Resort our 2024 season is in full swing, and we are recruiting for a Hotel Front of House Team Leader to join the team You will lead our team of Hotel Front of House Assistants as they greet our guests upon their arrival, assist with their check ins, book their dining and swimming pool slots, and give them hints and tips of how to maximise their stay with us. As a motivational leader you will ensure that your team are providing the best possible standard of guest interaction whether they are on the Hotel gate checking guests tickets, or receiving in-person guest feedback that requires immediate attention. The role of Hotel Front of House Team Leader is a key function when it comes to coaching, developing and empowering your team to deliver and exceed guest KPI targets, and of course adhere to all health and safety policies and procedures.
