Astute's nuclear team is retained by HTSL Group who are looking for Technical Service Support to work on site at Deeside.
The Technical Service Support role comes with a salary of up to £35,000 per annum. The Technical Service Support will play a key role in troubleshooting, preparing quotes, and explaining product features to enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales.

Responsibilities and duties
Reporting to the Service Team Manager you will:
Provide technical support to customers, troubleshooting and resolving issues with products or services.
Manage customer support queries, ensuring issues are resolved within agreed service levels.
Offer pre-sales support (including quotes/proposals) and provide detailed product and service information.
Keep up-to-date on new product launches and features, and relay information to the sales team.
Assist with marketing activities and attend trade shows and conferences as needed.
Professional qualifications
We are looking for someone with the following:
Up to 3 years of experience in a technical or customer support role
Qualification to 'A' level standard or equivalent in engineering, technical, or science-related subjects.
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
