About Our Client
Our client is a well-established accountancy firm with a significant presence across South West, offering comprehensive compliance & advisory services. With a split tax function, our client is looking to grow their specialist Private Tax team to partner with local solicitors, HNWI's & agricultural clients.
Job Description
* Providing high-quality tax advice to clients.
* Effectively managing a dynamic team within the tax department.
* Working in collaboration with colleagues across the wider organisation and neighbouring legal practices.
* Nurturing and building strong relationships with clients.
* Keeping abreast of changes in tax legislation and the potential impact on clients.
* Contributing to business development activities to attract new clients.
* Ensuring compliance with all relevant tax laws and regulations.
* Overseeing the preparation and submission of tax returns.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Private Tax Manager should have:
* An academic qualification in a relevant field such as Tax or Accounting - ATT, ACA, ACCA or CTA (QBE will be considered).
* Strong technical knowledge in tax advisory services.
* A proven track record in team management.
* Strong interpersonal skills to build and nurture relationships with clients.
* Awareness of the latest tax laws and regulations.
* Experience in UK Accountancy & Tax Practice.
