Are you passionate about delivering a casework function to regulate charitable fundraising and protect the public? Prospectus is delighted to be partnering with the the UK's charity regulatory body for the recruitment of a Case Officer on a full-time permanent basis. This role is offered on hybrid basis with two days based in their London office. As a Case Officer, you will deliver excellent service to all stakeholders, and you will investigate and resolve complaints in a prompt and efficient manner. Working in a busy, supportive and committed team, you will manage your own caseload and will undertake independent research and support on a variety of related projects. You will ensure consistent and robust evidence-based decision making and will maintain accurate and timely records. To be considered for this post, you will have experience in a casework or complaints-handling environment. You will have the ability to investigate, analyse and exercise judgement in complex situations, and will have exceptional verbal and written communication skills. You will have the ability to understand the regulatory framework that the regulator operates within, and will operate with honesty, integrity and sincerity in all that you do to ensure that cases are resolved efficiently. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the development of complaint handling across the charity sector.
