Chase Taylor Recruitment are currently recruiting for a leading fenestration manufacturer who are looking to recruit an experienced UPVC Window and Door Sales Manager to cover the North of UK.
Our client has been successfully trading for over 20 years manufacturing and supplying UPVC window and door products for the trade.
The right candidate will have current or recent experience as a window and door trade sales manager/business development manager.
The Role Responsibilities:
1. Research and identify current opportunity areas considering service, geography, value, and competition.
2. Devise a strategic sales plan to capitalize on opportunities, address weaknesses, and deliver growth in accordance with the long-range business plan.
3. Work closely with the Marketing Manager to ensure alignment between sales and marketing, ensuring maximum value is being extracted from annual marketing spend.
4. Where there are new products being released, these are to be introduced to existing customers and used to introduce new customers to the business.
5. Hit KPI targets.
6. Take an active role in making business improvements.
The Candidate Skills & Experience:
1. Must have a background within the fenestration/window and door trade sector within the UK.
2. Have experience and understanding of glazing system technical features and the UK trade market.
3. Excellent planning and organizational skills.
4. Sales and target driven.
5. Good attention to detail.
6. High level of computer skills.
7. Must currently reside in the UK.
8. Have a UK driving license.
This role comes with a company car and excellent commission structure.
