Your responsibilities will include: Technical Support: Prepare resources and provide artistic/design guidance for practical lessons, ensuring health and safety standards. Environment Maintenance: Maintain a healthy, safe, and productive work environment, including equipment, workshops, and learning spaces. Resource Management: Ensure the availability of suitable materials and equipment, manage orders and stock records, and explore sustainable resource options. Project Contribution: Contribute to the design, development, and implementation of planned projects. Teaching & Learning Assistance: Offer guidance and support to pupils and teachers on practical aspects of the curriculum. Health & Safety: Maintain health, safety, and welfare within the working environment, stay updated on health and safety requirements, and ensure the safe storage and disposal of materials. General Duties: Contribute to enrichment activities and other aspects of school life, uphold the school's code of conduct, and attend staff meetings. We are looking for someone who: Is reliable, organised, and has excellent communication skills. Has experience in setting up equipment and resources. Is responsible with a conscientious approach to health and safety. Knowledge and experience of a range of artistic techniques (e.g., photography, life drawing). Creativity and the ability to inspire pupils. Interest in art history, key movements, and pivotal artists.
