Role Overview:
The successful candidate will join the Real Estate team in London as a Newly Qualified (NQ) to 1 year Post-Qualification Experience (PQE) Solicitor. They will handle a diverse caseload of real estate disputes, including commercial landlord and tenant issues, property development conflicts, and real property litigation, working alongside experienced professionals in a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Managing a varied caseload of real estate disputes with an emphasis on achieving timely and effective resolutions.
Providing clear and practical legal advice to clients on a wide range of property-related matters.
Drafting and reviewing legal documents, such as pleadings, witness statements, and settlement agreements.
Conducting in-depth legal research to support case strategies and client advisory work.
Collaborating with colleagues across different departments to deliver comprehensive legal solutions.
Participating in business development activities, including attending networking events and delivering client seminars.
Key Skills and Experience:
Qualified solicitor in England and Wales with NQ to 1 year PQE, ideally with experience in real estate disputes.
Strong academic record and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and work well under pressure.
A proactive attitude and a keen interest in building a career in property litigation.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and adaptability.
