We’re looking for a Senior Financial Manager to join our growing commercial law firm.

The Role
As Senior Finance Manager, you’ll lead and inspire a team of six finance professionals, overseeing all aspects of financial operations. This includes managing client ledgers, legal cashiering processes, producing management accounts, ensuring compliance and driving process improvement.
Key Requirements
1. Leading and managing a team of six finance professionals, maintaining high performance standards and continuous development.
2. Overseeing daily financial operations, invoicing, and other transactions.
3. Managing client ledgers, ensuring compliance with Solicitors Accounts Rules (SAR).
4. Supervise legal cashiering processes, ensuring accurate recording of financial transactions.
5. Leading the production of monthly management accounts, providing insightful analysis and identifying key trends.
6. Ensuring accurate and timely reporting to support business decisions.
What We’re Looking For
1. Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) or QBE.
2. Proven experience in legal or financial services is essential.
3. Advanced Excel skills and strong proficiency in Microsoft office.
4. Exceptional analytical skills.
5. Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across departments.
6. Payroll experience is advantageous.
