We're seeking a passionate and experienced Registered Home Manager to lead a well-established care service in Sheffield, offering residential, nursing, and dementia care.

Key Responsibilities for the Home Manager include:
Lead and inspire a dedicated care team to deliver outstanding care
Ensure full compliance with CQC regulations and internal standards
Manage budgets, staffing, and day-to-day operations efficiently
Drive continuous improvement and high service performance
Build strong relationships with residents, families, and external professionals
Requirements for the Home Manager include:
Previous experience as a Registered Manager in a care home setting
NMC PIN desirable but not essential
Strong understanding of CQC frameworks and proven inspection success
Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
A genuine passion for high-quality, person-centred care
