Pertemps are currently recruiting for an experienced Product Administrator to join a beauty supplier business based near Basingstoke. This position is a full-time permanent position. Product Administrator Responsibilities: - Provide crucial administrative support to the Product Manager - Complete and manage internal and customer facing documentation with accuracy - Update and maintain data on customer stock management reports - Inputting data using SAP system - Report, monitor and log customer complaints and product reviews - Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to gain artwork approvals - Document, log and organise product samples for customers - Support the team with pre production samples and mock ups - General adhoc administrative duties Product Administrator Requirements: - Previous administration experience - Strong Microsoft Excel skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - High level of accuracy - Ability to speak German is advantageous - Own transport due to rural location Product Administrator Package: - Monday to Friday - 9am - 5.15pm but hours can be flexible - £26,000 per annum - 23 days annual leave (rising to 28 days after 5 years of service) - Up to 6% bonus (eligible after 12 months service) - Generous pension contribution If you are interested in this Product Administrator position; please apply with an up to date CV or call Lily at Pertemps
