The Role The role will provide administrative, project and compliance support to a team of consultants. Roles and responsibilities. Assist with HR activities including r ecruitment, screening, induction and performance management. Liaise with the IT Managed Service Provider. Provide internal project management support. Carry out general administrative and ad-hoc duties. Assist with maintenance of ISO accreditations and internal audits. Reviews of company policies and procedures Co-ordinating external audits for 3rd party accreditations. Co-ordinate Management Review meetings and follow up actions. Update the company website. Provide basic financial cover for Finance Manager. The Person Experience of providing administrative support. Some experience of recruitment. Familiarity with ISO:9001 and ISO:27001 standards. Excellent IT skills (including MS office; word, Excel - basic, PowerPoint, Outlook). If you have used Wordpress, this would be helpful, but not essential. Ability to work unsupervised. Ability to work as part of a growing team. The Terms Salary £40k FTE (pro-rated down for part-time hours) 25 days plus Bank Holidays (pro-rated down for part time hours) 16 hours per week, worked as 2 full days or spread across the week (some presence required in the office on Tuesday).
