Fixed term contract - Maternity cover 1 year This position will deliver to the responsible maintenance manager adherence to all Electrical Engineering & Compliance requirements in accordance with the Integrated Management System (IMS). The role holder will play an active part in the development of the required maintenance plans, the systems to support the requirements of the plans and the systems to ensure auditable record keeping. The role holder will integrate into the existing planning process and adhere to the requirements of the planning process within the Heidelberg Maintenance Handbook Key accountability In line with the Integrated Management System the compliance planner will take responsibility for ensuring the guidance and systems are embedded associated with the specified procedures below by means of: Presenting financial requirements for inclusion in Annual budgeting Presenting financial requirements for inclusion in Annual CAPEX plans Managing agreed annual budget spend through the correct P2P procedures with support from engineering administrator role. Developing and presenting weekly plan for electrical PM (service contracts) Developing & presenting weekly plan for electrical PM (internal labour) Developing and presenting weekly plan for electrical CM Developing and presenting requirements for Annual Shutdowns Co-ordination of external service providers associated with electrical planned /compliance into the weekly plan including H&S documentation supported by Engineering administrator role Reviewing and transfer of corrective works from PM into SAP via notifications supported by Engineering administrator role. Liaison with execution and preparation teams to ensure planned/corrective work requirements are prepared.
