Working with a variety of partners, the Enterprise and Communities service has a key role in guiding this regeneration towards sustainable development.
We are looking for an enthusiastic individual with a proactive approach to work who is committed to providing a front line service to our tenants and enjoys working as part of a team to meet this varied and fulfilling role.
You will assist the Service Delivery Co-ordinator to co-ordinate service provision in relation to estate services, temporary homeless accommodation and tower and concierge services.
Based within the Coatbridge and Kilsyth locality, you will supervise a team of Estate Officers, maintain staff rotas and ensure continuity of our excellent service to tenants and residents, responding to emergency situations as required.
Minimum Requirements:
1. An SVQ3, HNC or equivalent qualification in a relevant discipline.
2. Extended period of work experience in a housing or security environment.
3. Experience of dealing with the public.
4. Supervisory skills.
5. Self-motivated with a professional approach to work.
Desirable Skills:
1. Experience of working with community groups.
2. Knowledge of CCTV systems.
3. Training in customer care and health and safety.
The successful candidate will be subject to a Basic Disclosure check.
