We seek an experienced communications/ cabling engineer to work as part of a team installing a variety of data cabling, fibre, phone systems, CCTV, streaming and access control systems in Kent and London. Days generally start about 9.00 am in Faversham before heading to site, so you must live in East Kent, have your own transport and be able to drive. There is also an opportunity for a less-experienced trainee cabler. The company offers a competitive salary and ongoing training to support your career and technical development. The communications/ Cabling Engineer job To install low-voltage data and telephone cabling Installing wall and floor cabinets and containment to house cabling Forming new routes through walls, ceilings and other structures Installing cables in containment, loft spaces, wall and ceiling voids, risers and ducts. Installing cables externally on overhead catenary wires and in underground ducts.
