Composed of two highly respected interconnect brands, SOURIAU and SUNBANK, we are a global designer, manufacturer and supplier of high-performance and high-reliability interconnect products for the following markets: aviation, defence & space, energy & transportation, general industry We are now looking for a Product Sales Manager who will own the Interconnect Product Division (IPD) available market in the attributed geography (UK), on both Industrial and Mil-Aero market segments and develop business compliant Sales and Product design-in using both direct sales and chartered distribution sales channels. You will represent the company within the customers & target accounts and be a spokesman for the customer within IPD, to achieve the best relationship and service for the Customer and commercially for IPD. What you'll do: - Achieve perimeter direct bookings/ billings objectives and Point of Sales objectives as well as new value creation objectives - Visit/contact the nominated customers and targets with measurable design-in wins and incremental sales results - Develop customer base with targeted prospecting in the nominated focus market Segments - Coordinate & develop actively local distribution actions - Introduce all IPD available & compliant products/solutions in attributed territory - Propose where and when appropriate long term customer agreements for improved business development (NDAs, Supply contracts, logistic agreements, ) - Follow-up all offers and bids and Report status information to Management.
