The Job Role
* To manage the hotel meetings and events sales team ensuring the highest standards of sales and customer service are delivered at all times.
* The experienced sales office manager will drive and motivate the team and complete all training.
* Review business plans, identify gaps, and ensure proactive efforts to fill capacity and meet set targets.
* The sales office manager will be responsible for completing the meetings & events forecast and achieving budget.
The Requirements
* The ideal experienced sales office manager will have previous experience within a hotel meetings and events sales department.
* To ensure the sales team are maximising sales conversion of all enquiries and new business achieved.
* Responsible for leading and motivating a reactive sales team to ensure maximum revenue.
* To update weekly forecasting with appropriate strategies.
* The sales office manager will build and maintain an excellent team to deliver the best service.
* Create a fun working environment for the sales office and develop team members.
