Job Title: SEN Tutor Location: South East England, Surrey, Woking Job Type: Temporary, Part-Time hours Salary: £20 - £30 Per hour Job Duties: Provide specialised educational support to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) Create individualised learning plans to cater to the specific needs of each student Deliver engaging and interactive lessons to help students progress academically and socially Assess students' progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other professionals to ensure a holistic approach to student development Required Qualifications: Experience working with students with SEN Knowledge of SEN support strategies and techniques Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Education: Relevant qualification in Education or Special Education Experience: Prior experience working as an SEN tutor or in a similar role Knowledge and Skills: Understanding of SEN legislation and best practises Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of students Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Preferred Qualifications: Additional certifications in Special Education Experience with different SEN conditions Working Conditions: The role involves working part-time hours on a temporary basis, supporting students with SEN in an educational setting in Woking, Surrey.
