5. Support in the delivery of the Make Safety Personal (MSP) programme and promote safety across the project.
6. Engage in accident and incident investigations, ensuring corrective actions are taken and shared across the business.
7. Champion a Zero Harm culture and help foster a positive HSW environment.
8. Help deliver safety audits, risk assessments, and behavioural safety initiatives.

You should be able to lead by example and influence others to maintain a relentless focus on safety. You'll also have a NEBOSH National Diploma or an equivalent qualification and ideally be a Graduate Member of IOSH (or working towards).
Skills & Experience:
1. Strong understanding of UK Health & Safety regulations and construction industry standards.
2. Competence in accident and incident investigation.
3. Experience in complex construction and civil engineering projects.
