Shirley Parsons is delighted to be working with a leading Facilities Management organisation seeking a Quality Auditor based in the Midlands, London, or Southern regions ideally. This home-based role involves managing your own diary and conducting internal audits fortnightly.
Details:
* Salary: £45,000 plus a company car or car allowance (negotiable for the right candidate)
* Requirements: 2+ years' experience auditing ISO 9001 in FM, services, or construction sectors, with broad expertise in Quality Standards and Management Systems.
Quality Auditor Responsibilities:
* Responsible for conducting audits of Corporate Policies & Procedures documentation and document all positive and negative information discovered.
* To ensure each operating unit / function operates within the policies, procedures and regulation.
* Establish, maintain and improve the operation of an efficient and compliant management systems framework and to ensure the framework is in place and managed.
* Actively participate with the compliance management team, sharing knowledge, best practice and work towards a standardised approach.
* Prepare electronic reports of the results of the audits and present the results to management, making recommendations as to what must be done to become compliant
* Provide Quality Manager with accurate and timely monthly operational report on all activities.
Quality Auditor Skills & Experience:
* Proven track record in the provision of practical operational Quality solutions.
* Experience with the implementation and management of integrated management systems.jes
* Evidence of practical audit/inspection experience
* Good all round communication skills with employees, directors and clients.
* Able to apply Quality knowledge in a way that delivers practical operational solutions.
