You will be providing a full support function to one of their experienced Financial Advisors, ensuring client service and compliance are always delivered.
The business is building an infrastructure with a strong focus on back office support, aiming for a 2:1 ratio of administrative staff to Financial Advisors. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Providing high-quality administrative support to ensure seamless client service delivery
* Collaborating with the Financial Advisor to develop and implement effective client plans
* Maintaining accurate records and files, adhering to strict confidentiality protocols
* Contributing to the development of a positive and inclusive team culture
