Location: Bury Contract: Permanent Hours: Full time Salary: £36,750 per annum - Spot Grade Our client is seeking an experienced Surveyor to join their Land and Property Services team. The successful candidate will work with the Director and other specialist officers in a cohesive team to manage day-to-day property repairs within the diocese. The post holder will be experienced undertaking property surveys, and have strong written and verbal communication skills to enable them to work with a diverse community of clergy, lay members and public organisations. The post holder should be willing to learn, various Measures (laws) and be effective in prioritising and managing their time and projects to meet deadlines. Although experience of working within their organisation is not required, the post holder should be sympathetic to the aims and values of their organisation. The role is based at Bury.
