General Roles and Responsibilities
* To provide administrative support to all aspects of office activities covering the technical and customer care departments.
Specific Duties
* Be responsible for distributing and maintaining new and existing drawings for your allocated sites
* Maintain and distribute the drawing registers as required
* Take and issue minutes in the bi-weekly production meetings
* Monitor the Customer Services Inbox.
* Receive and log defects in line with the SLA timescales for your allocated sites
* Liaise with site teams to ensure inspections and works are booked in within the agreed SLA timescales for your allocated sites
* Liaise with housebuilders to provide feedback on all jobs for your allocated sites
* Provide feedback to the Customer Care Manager and report any complaints
