This role is fully office-based and is for 25 hours per week. Day-to-Day Responsibilities: Provide general administrative support to the team. Manage and organise project documentation and files. Assist in scheduling meetings and coordinating appointments. Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails and phone calls. Prepare and distribute reports, memos, and other correspondence. Maintain office supplies and equipment. Support the team with data entry and record-keeping. Perform other administrative duties as required. Required Skills & Qualifications: Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably within the construction sector. Strong organisational and time-management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
