POSITION SUMMARY The Global Learning & Development Consultant is a member of the Global Talent and Learning & Development team. You will be responsible for the management of Learning Management Systems, digital learning to support the business transformation of AXA by empowering employees to unlock their potential by taking ownership of their own development and by promoting and encouraging new ways of learning. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Manages the Global Learning tools & other digital learning platforms Collaborates with Regional /Local L&D teams on the design & deployment of solutions and with Subject Matter Experts on deployment of mandatory programs Drives the adoption of digital learning and development of digital learning assets for the organisation Collaborates with the AXA Group L&D on deployment of AXA Group learning projects Coordinates AXA Partners Essentials and all employee Global digital training to ensure regulatory compliance Global administrator of learning tools such as authoring tool, e-learn platform etc, managing the community of users, following up and reporting on tools usage Global expert for our Learning Management System Yes Learning\: Configuring the design of the platform to ensure a strong learner experience Managing all central issues relevant to the platform in cooperation with the Group Learning Management System (LMS) team, Managing access rights, Uploading global content and user guides Managing maintenance of content Develops our digital learning assets, by supporting subject matter experts in the creation and design of e-learning Deploys digital learning campaigns and supporting entities on implementation Building communication toolkits and support material for the various global programs\: such as excel files, deployment guides in PowerPoint, email communication, platform customisation, etc. Provides guidance on the reporting schedules and approaches for AXA Partners essentials to local country teams LI-EN LI-Hybrid AXA Group is the world leader in insurance and asset management. SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE Technical/ Functional Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Experience of digital learning tools, such as Learning Management Systems, E-Learn design and other learning technology Understand end to end learning design within an adult learning context Ability to think outside the box Strong communication skills & ability to manage stakeholders Community management skills Ability to work independently Analytical thinking and ability to work with metrics and data Effective project management skills Strong skills on Excel, Word, Powerpoint Experience with learning management systems is a plus Evidence of continuous personal improvement Education, Professional Qualifications and Experience Prior experience in coordination/project management role (ideally in L&D but similar experience in other functions is welcome) Experience in working in an international environment (preferred, but not essential) Fluency in English
