About The Role
Permanent, full-time, and weekly paid!
42 hours per week
4 on, 4 off day shift pattern (07:00 - 19:30)
£12.45 - £13.80 p/h

What can you expect working as a Production Line Leader in AMFRESH:
1. You will manage, lead, and inspire a team of 25+ operatives to strive for successful results.
2. You will complete daily admin reports, keep track of data-entry, and be knowledgeable of KPIs when asked.
3. You will continuously keep track of data by completing admin logs regularly.
4. You will advocate for best working practices and the freshness of our products.
5. You will update your Shift Manager of the line progress through written admin and be prepared to discuss this.
6. You will report any breakdowns promptly and liaise with the Machine Operator regarding the speed of the line.
7. You will account for who is working on the line by getting Operatives to sign in and out at the start and finish of shift.
8. You will ensure that all admin and compliance paperwork are completed for handover for the next shift.

About You
What are we expecting of you:
1. Exceptional attention to detail and note taking.
2. Strong ability to complete administrative duties and be aware of KPIs.
3. Ability to act quickly, make fast decisions, and adapt to multiple situations.
4. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organisational skills.
5. Demonstrative leadership experience in either food or FMCG environments.
6. An awareness of the Production lifecycle or willingness to learn.
7. Continuously strive for excellence, empower, and motivate your team to work collaboratively.
