Job description
Our Operational Team Leaders will:
1. Provide great leadership, coaching and support � role modelling positive behaviours whilst also providing policy and legislative knowledge.
2. Line managing a team � ensuring excellent team performance, great delivery, and quality of service.
3. Provide great customer service.
4. Collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
5. Focus on and deliver continuous improvement for themselves and others - to build performance capabilities and drive engagement to achieve high quality outcomes.
6. Communicate well and build relationships � supporting people to achieve our vision and goals.
7. Ensure diversity, inclusion and staff wellbeing are valued and supported.

Where will you be working?�
You will be aligned to our Cardiff Office, where we are currently using a hybrid approach to the way we work. Our approach to hybrid working provides opportunities for you to be adaptable in the way you work so that you can achieve a healthy balance between your work and home life.
