Are you looking for your chance to be part of Royal Mail?
We are now looking for a Customer Service Advisor/Complaints Advisor to be the first point of contact for Royal Mail customers.
Do you have previous customer service, call centre, or complaints handling experience?
Do you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment where you will be on the phone the majority of the day?
Can you solve problems, find solutions, and remain calm under pressure?

Hours and Salary:
* 37.5 Hours per week + Overtime available
* Working between the hours of 8am-6:30pm Monday-Friday and 9am-2pm on Saturday
* Working patterns will be allocated a month in advance.
* £12.97 Per hour
* Start Date: 16th July - Subject to a clear DBS check.
Responsibilities include:
* Answering a high volume of inbound calls from customers
* Resolving queries and complaints professionally
* Using multiple computer systems to update customer records, track parcels, look up information, and record call details
* Supporting team members to achieve company goals related to call quality and volume
* Handling calls related to missing parcels, failed deliveries, damaged items, redelivery requests, and general feedback
Ideal candidate skills and experience:
* Previous complaint handling or call centre experience preferred
* Resilience, empathy, and patience
* Ability to remain calm under pressure
* Flexibility and reliability
