This role: Production Operative
1. Ensuring compliance to all health and safety procedures and processes.
2. Ensuring work output conforms to technical specifications.
3. Updating production paperwork.
4. Ensuring that all products are produced in time with the production schedules.
5. Ensuring that all products meet the required quality specifications.
Our Perfect Candidate
Our perfect candidate will have the following attributes:
6. Previous Production experience would be desirable along with forklift certificate.
7. Experience with operating machinery.
8. Ability to work on own initiative but understand level of responsibility within the team.
9. Excellent attention to detail.
10. Good communications skills and the ability to interact with a wide range of people.
11. Ability to prioritise work and manage a number of tasks concurrently.
12. Be highly motivated.
13. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Hours of the role are 37 ½ per week, Monday to Friday, on a weekly shift pattern 6am – 2pm and 2pm – 10.00pm (this may change on occasions due to requirement to cover holidays)
