Tekla, Robot, Etabs, or similar).\n * Strong client-facing skills and the ability to manage stakeholder relationships.\n * Experience mentoring junior engineers or leading small teams.\n * A proactive mindset and passion for innovative, sustainable design.\n * Chartered or near-chartered with the IStructE or ICE.\n * MEng or BEng in Civil Engineering (or equivalent)
