Your base of work will be in Quedgeley, but travel to our other patch offices in Winchester and Wiltshire will be required from time to time.
A full driving license and use of your own car are essential for this role.
Main duties:
* Provide general administrative support to the Area Manager, Area Management team, and other patch offices
* Coordinate agendas and take notes at meetings as required
* Provide a welcoming reception service for the Area Office and coordinate the ordering of office supplies
* Support effective financial administration for the area in respect of administration budgets
* Prepare presentations and reports, including slides, charts, and graphs as required
