Facilities – Compliance / PPM Scheduler
Location: Basildon
Salary: £28,000 – £30,000
Due to growth, I am looking for a PPM / Compliance Scheduler within the maintenance industry to join my client in their new serviced offices in Basildon. This exciting role will be within an established company that has a great team dynamic. They are a warm and friendly medium-sized company who are expanding and growing.
We are looking for an experienced Facilities Maintenance Coordinator who has planned and reactive maintenance coordinating experience to support with some of the PPM / compliance from their administrative heavier accounts.
The compliance / PPM scheduler will involve but is not limited to:
1. Ensuring PPM records are received on time, accurate, and uploaded to the relevant internal and client portal.
2. Coordinating any remedial quotes passing to the estimator for pricing.
3. Ensuring the client always remains compliant and is advised of any non-compliant scenarios.
4. Scheduling Compliance PPM and non-compliance PPM.
5. Ensuring the client is aware and happy with the schedule.
6. Booking PPM with the client and ensuring the schedule is undertaken on time by sub-contractors.
Minimum Requirements:
The successful candidate MUST have experience with Facilities Maintenance administration and Compliance or as a facilities scheduler.
