Senior Regulatory Affairs Officer
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Regulatory Affairs Officer to join our team on a permanent basis at our facilities located near Durham. This role offers hybrid working arrangements.

Our client is a leading chemical manufacturer specializing in developing and producing personal care and laundry care products for global markets.
Job Summary
This role involves focusing on securing registrations for products across various categories within the FMCG market, including hand hygiene, homecare, laundry, washing up liquid, shower, and deodorant.
Main Responsibilities
* To deliver and maintain compliant regulatory applications for Biocides and Detergents in collaboration with a 3rd party RP for Cosmetics.
* To work with the brand team to define the regulatory route to market for new products and ensure ongoing compliance and market attractiveness.
* To develop and implement regulatory strategies for New Product Development (NPD) projects, from inception through Post-Market Surveillance, ensuring ongoing compliance and supporting product launches.
* The role covers UK, IRE, FR, and Germany, with potential to incorporate new countries.
* To create SDS via Global MSDS for all products.
Your Background
* A degree in Science or Technology with recognized regulatory or related subject, combined with extensive experience working within quality assurance, regulatory, and new product implementation activities within a FMCG environment.
* Experience within regulated environments such as personal and household care, cosmetics (5 years+).
* In-depth knowledge of US and EU legislation regarding Personal care/cosmetic and EU Biocidal products.
* Up-to-date proven R&D and regulatory experience.

Salary Information
The estimated salary for this position is £65,000-£80,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
