The role:
Steering digital sales strategy in the UK & Ireland. This role will report to the UK Sales & Marketing Director, acting as the subject matter expert for e-commerce and online retail campaigns. Confidently selling to major players within the market and building long-standing relationships.
Responsibilities will include:
- Driving sales through the integration and execution of a fresh e-commerce strategy
- Liaising with internal teams to incorporate current operational & logistical frameworks
- Ensuring product listings are accurate and up to date then replenished as required
- Identifying and prioritising growth opportunities based on current trends
- Managing digital marketing campaigns including SEO & PPC
- Ensuring seamless customer journey from site navigation to purchase
- Adjusting strategies to optimise ROI after analysing campaign performance
The person:
- Minimum 3-5 years' experience in consumer goods or e-commerce
- Self-reliant building relationships and selling capabilities
- Confident managing client portfolio and maintaining relationships
- Able to people manage and task delegate
