This is an exciting opportunity to get involved in all aspects of HR across the entire employee lifecycle, providing a professional HR service to all employees while acting as an ambassador for people-related policies and procedures.
Description of the role:
Building relationships with department managers.
Meeting with department managers to offer proactive support.
Assisting with investigations and grievance hearings.
Reporting on various HR data metrics.
Supporting the HR team with projects.
Ensuring compliance of all Right to Work documentation and onboarding documentation.
Reviewing policies and procedures.
About you:
Experience of working within a similar Advisory role.
Able to interpret and translate HR data.
CIPD Level 5 preferred but not essential.
Proficient in HRIS technology.
A passion for bringing fresh ideas to the table.
