Job Description
3. Assisting in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies
4. Coordinating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs
5. Facilitating the entire recruitment process from posting job ads to onboarding new hires
6. Tracking key recruiting KPIs
7. Improving candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
8. Organising and attending job fairs and recruitment events
9. Maintaining candidate databases
10. Performing other duties as required
The Successful Applicant
A successful Talent Acquisition Coordinator should have:
11. A degree in Human Resources or relevant field
12. Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems and HR databases
13. Solid understanding of full-cycle recruiting
14. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
15. Strong organisational and time-management abilities
16. A passion for the industrial/manufacturing industry
