You will work closely with the FM Operations Director to ensure a seamless rollout, effective system integration, and process optimisation. Your key responsibilities will include: Assisting in the planning, coordination, and implementation of the Maintenance Planning Module Collaborating with internal teams to map existing workflows and align them with the new system Supporting data migration, system testing, and troubleshooting during the implementation phase Providing training and guidance to users to ensure a smooth adoption of the module Monitoring project timelines, tracking key milestones, and reporting progress to the FM Operations Director Identifying and addressing potential challenges, offering solutions to enhance system efficiency Ensuring compliance with company policies and industry best practices throughout the project What We're Looking For The ideal candidate for the Maintenance Project Coordinator role will have: Experience in maintenance planning, facilities management, or project coordination Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to optimise workflows and system performance Familiarity with maintenance software, CAFM systems, or related digital tools (an advantage) Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to engage with different teams The ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment A proactive approach and strong attention to detail What's in It for You?
