About the Role
This role is responsible for the management of operational, financial, administrative and service delivery supports for Bi-national committees to meet the needs and expectations of members to advance the profession and practice of psychiatry.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the plans of Bi-national committees, providing strategic direction to influence measurable contributions to the profession, community, members and College.
* Manage and support the Bi-national committees staff team, with a focus on improving processes, increasing efficiency and strengthening stakeholder relationships.
* Manage the administrative support and service delivery resources to Bi-national committees.
* Engage, influence and support committees in the development of work plans aligned to their purpose and College strategic priorities. Develop Bi-national committee budgets in collaboration with committees to mobilise work plans.
* Coordinate and prepare briefing papers and reports to support committees’ involvement with the Members’ Advisory Council and the RANZCP Board.
* Provide advice, analysis and support to the Executive Manager, Partnerships and Engagement as required to improve and support Bi-national committee productivity.
What You'll Bring:
* Proven ability to successfully lead, manage and develop teams.
* Relevant tertiary qualifications or minimum three (3) years management experience preferably in a membership, health or not for profit environment.
* Experience working with multiple inter-related committees to achieve operational and strategic objectives.
* Experience in financial and operational planning, project management and risk management.
* Australian or New Zealand citizen or holds the right to work in Australia.
