We are looking for a Store Manager to join Team OB in our Chichester store. As a Store Manager, you will lead the store to success by boosting sales and motivating your team. Reporting to the Area Manager, you will bring enthusiasm, positivity and joy by inspiring your customers and colleagues and maximising sales. This will be a flexible contract, meaning you will have a fixed number of hours you will work per week across a variety of days and shifts. More about the role OB Store Managers will: Analyse a variety of reports to measure the success of the store and team. Work with KPIs to evaluate the stores performance and identify development areas. Provide exceptional leadership and guidance to all team members, making sure their personal objectives and the stores objectives are being met. Conduct progress meetings and appraisals in a timely manner for all team members, setting them SMART goals to work towards. Communicate any development/training issues that are identified to the Area Manager and People Advisor. Ensure exemplary customer service is delivered by the team at all times. Make sure the team always adhere to OB operational standards. Have an approachable yet authoritative written and verbal communication style, in-keeping with the Oliver Bonas tone of voice.
