Background
We are hiring an experienced contract recruiter to join our growing Contract team, focused on supporting clients to recruit marketing and media freelance and contract roles. You’ll have the autonomy to build and shape your desk, selling into one of the most respected client portfolios in the digital space.

This role is ideal for someone with contract/freelance recruitment experience who’s hungry to grow, self motivated and excited to plug into a high performance, high reward environment.
The Role
* Develop a successful desk recruiting marketing and media freelance and contractors for client-side brand
* Partner with VC-backed start-ups, scale-ups, and global brands, placing talent at all levels
* Sell contract solutions into our existing perm client base
* Identify new commercial opportunities and build your own contractor relationships; and deliver on live bookings at pace
* Take ownership of your desk with full support from our leadership and marketing functions
* Stay close to trends, freelance onboarding, and IR35 compliance
* Work in partnership with the perm team to cross-sell and deliver a connected client solution
Your Experience
* Minimum 2 years’ agency recruitment experience, within contract/freelance recruitment
* Sector knowledge in marketing, media, ecommerce or digital is preferred, but not essential
* A commercial and strategic mindset with the hustle to win business and convert leads
* Confidence to sell into senior stakeholders and embed contract solutions
* Track record of building or scaling a successful desk independently
* Brings pace, energy, and urgency, thriving in a high-activity environment
* Solid understanding of freelance compliance and onboarding
* Strong communicator with a relationship first, consultative approach
