Position: Personal Assistant & Admin Location: London, UK Salary: Competitive and free patties We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Personal Assistant & Admin to join our team in London. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Key Responsibilities: - Provide administrative support to the CEO and other senior executives, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and making travel arrangements - Act as the first point of contact for all incoming calls and emails, responding to or redirecting them as necessary - Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations - Maintain and update company databases and filing systems - Coordinate and organize company events, meetings, and conferences - Manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring they are well-stocked and in good working condition - Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion - Conduct research and compile data as needed - Assist with personal tasks and errands for the CEO, such as booking personal appointments and managing personal finances - Liaise with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders on behalf of the company - Perform general administrative duties, such as photocopying, scanning, and filing Requirements: - Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role - Excellent organizational and time-management skills - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software - Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively - Discretion and confidentiality - Attention to detail and accuracy - Proactive and able to work independently - Knowledge of basic accounting and bookkeeping principles is a plus - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred If you are a self-motivated and dedicated individual with a passion for organization and administration, we would love to hear from you.
