Alexander Steele are working in partnership with a market leading FMCG business which are looking to recruit a Health, Safety, and Environmental Coordinator in Bedfordshire. This is an excellent opportunity for a HSE candidate to develop and grow within the business.
Roles and Responsibilities :
* Develop, implement, and monitor health, safety, and environmental policies in line with industry standards.
* Conduct regular risk assessments and safety audits to identify and mitigate hazards.
* Lead incident investigations, reporting findings, and implementing corrective actions.
* Ensure compliance with all relevant HSE legislation and company standards.
* Deliver health and safety training to staff, fostering a strong safety culture.
* Drive environmental initiatives to reduce waste, energy use, and carbon footprint.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote continuous improvement in HSE performance.
Requirements :
* NEBOSH or equivalent qualification.
* Proven experience in a manufacturing/FMCG environment.
* Strong knowledge of HSE regulations.
On Offer
* Up to £32,000 DOE
* Monday to Friday - 40 hours p/w
