We are looking for an experienced and dedicated NDT Technician to join our growing team. This role involves conducting in-house and on-site NDT inspections on forgings, weldments, and general engineering components, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an NDT Technician at Taylor NDT. The NDT Technician will be responsible for conducting non-destructive testing on forgings, wrought products, welds, plates, pipes, and castings.
Minimum Requirements:
1. Minimum PCN Level 2 certification in Ultrasonic Inspection (UT), Magnetic Particle Inspection (MPI), and Liquid Penetrant Inspection (LPI)
2. Full UK Driving Licence
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office for reporting and documentation
4. Right to work in the UK
5. Commutable to Sheffield
Desirable Skills & Certifications:
1. CSWIP 3.1 certification
2. Strong understanding of industry standards and procedures
