At Inverto, we specialize in strategic procurement and supply chain management. We work globally with market-leading companies, developing transformational strategies and implementing them to make their businesses stronger. And you can too – with our continued success, this is your chance to grow as we grow. Our teams want to succeed – and you’ll be in great company, working with people and in a business that supports you to thrive. There’s never been a better time to join us as we develop and build our future together. Are you in? How You'll Impact. Targeted knowledge management. As an Expert in Knowledge Management you will identify “white spots” and initiate measures to implement targeted knowledge-gathering processes. You will also act as the point of contact for our consultants when it comes to providing data, strategies, and best practice approaches for project inquiries. Your main duties will include working independently to conduct analyses, putting together benchmark data, creating and adapting presentations and proposals, and maintaining database systems for documents and suppliers, as well as optimizing internal standards and processes for sharing knowledge. You will coordinate and be the driving force behind the processes for the continuous development of our knowledge base. This will involve working closely with our Competence Centers to jointly plan and implement knowledge development processes. Project-related work. As a key interface with the core business, you will work closely with our consultants in the area of knowledge management. Thanks to our diverse customer portfolio both at home and abroad, you will gain wide-ranging insights into procurement and supply chain management for a whole variety of industries and customers: from start-ups to retail and consumer goods, the energy and automotive industries, right through to the pharmaceutical and healthcare sector. Independent thinking. You will identify potential for improving our knowledge management, determine any actions required as a result, and support the ongoing development of our processes. You will be part of a team training Inverto consultants at our national and international locations to use our knowledge tools. Individual development. As our company continues to grow, you will also have the opportunity to broaden your perspective and explore new ways of supporting our consultancy projects. In doing so, you will work with a high degree of autonomy from the outset, enabling you to develop both personally and professionally. What You'll Bring. You will have completed a degree in business administration or a commercial apprenticeship with good grades, and you will already have gained extensive experience in a consulting environment. You will also have excellent knowledge of MS Excel and MS PowerPoint. Analytical thinking, flexibility, a target-driven approach, autonomous thinking and a structured, meticulous way of working should come as second nature to you. You should enjoy working as part of a team, where a down-to-earth attitude will be just as important to you as genuine team spirit and mutual support. To round it all off, you will have a confident manner when working in an international environment, where you will also be able to demonstrate excellent business communication skills in English. You thrive in a team, stay grounded, treat others with fairness, and bring authenticity to every interaction. TOGETHER, WE BENEFIT.
