Operations Manager Response and Voids
The Operations Manager Response and Voids will develop and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring that SCDC Housing complies with industry regulations, adheres to our policies, and meets national standards in all areas of building safety.
This role involves working closely with the Senior Management Team to monitor regulation changes and introductions, providing input into policy development, and serving as a key contact for departments and colleagues.
The role includes managing the Repairs Team, Main Contractors, accreditations, internal processes, and KPIs. It also offers opportunities for professional growth and contributing to the future of Social Housing across the district.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure regulatory compliance.
* Monitor and report on regulation changes to ensure SCDC Housing remains compliant.
* Develop and implement effective policies related to regulatory obligations.
* Manage the Repairs Team, Main Contractors, accreditations, and internal processes.
Requirements:
A successful candidate will have experience in operations management, strong communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team. The salary for this role is £55,000 - £65,000 per annum.
