Our success as a Marketing team will rely on a well-established, effective and efficient planning and delivery across all operational Marketing teams.
In this role, you’ll oversee the planning and delivery of key marketing projects across MAB, ensuring they align with business objectives.
You will be the central ‘go to’ across all teams within the Marketing department where your agility, adaptability and tenacity will shine through to deliver projects to a high quality, on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities Scope and develop project plan, timelines, budgets and deliverables.
Coordinate with internal teams (designers, content creators, data analysts, sales) and external vendors.
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
Coordinate resolution of marketing queries from stakeholders and liaise with external suppliers when required.
Manage the marketing onboarding of new firms, partners, advisers, and introducers.
Manage marketing tools, platforms, and systems to streamline operations.
Maintain documentation for projects including schedules, reports and post-project evaluations.
Track and report on campaign performance metrics to key stakeholders.
Get involved in projects and support other marketing team members.
Effectively and accurately communicate relevant marketing updates and information to the rest of the marketing team, the key stakeholders and the MAB network.
Communicate ideas for improving team processes with a positive and constructive attitude and for developing this attitude in others.
Contribute to marketing strategy development through research and data-driven insights.
Maintain knowledge, understanding and researching trends in Financial Promotions.
About You Full training will be provided to ensure you can quickly get up to speed, but to be successful in this role you need to demonstrate: Experience in a Marketing Project Management/Operational role within a commercial environment.
Experience managing cross-functional teams and complex projects.
Tenacity; you demonstrate drive, determination and focus to achieve results.
Agility; you are flexible and adaptable to changing priorities.
Effective communication skills including verbal, written and presentation skills.
An ability to build strong relationships, including key senior stakeholders and external suppliers.
Knowledge of marketing software (e.g., CRM tools, analytics platforms, email marketing systems).
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g.
Trello, Monday.com ).Proven ability to work effectively both independently and in a team-based environment working towards tight deadlines.
Strong prioritisation and organisational skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
