Who you’ll be supporting & more about the role:
We are looking for a talented and experienced Service Leader to join our charity to manage a small number of services across the Southport, Sefton area. With experience working in a health or social care setting, you will have an upbeat, positive manner, as well as a genuine passion for supporting people to become part of their local and wider community.
You will also have experience working with people supported who present behaviors that require intensive support planning and management to ensure their safety and quality of life at all times.
In addition, you will be comfortable using basic IT systems required within the role - training can be offered to support this area. You will also hold a professional qualification in Health and Social Care, e.g., Nurse, Social Worker, SVQ Level 3 plus supervisory units (Scotland) / Care Management Level 3 (England).
