As we expand, we are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our sales team and contribute to our continued success.
What will you be doing?
As a Sales Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in supporting our sales team by driving efficiency throughout the sales cycle.
Your organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks will help ensure smooth administrative processes that impact client acquisition and retention globally.

What does success look like in the next 12 months?
* You will have played a key role in coordinating sales activities, including lead handling, call scheduling, and proposal preparation.
* You will have developed strong relationships with internal teams, vendors, and clients, ensuring smooth communication and support.
* You will have successfully streamlined sales administration, ensuring seamless processes across the sales cycle.
* You will have contributed to increased efficiency by effectively managing CRM data, reporting, and sales documentation.
Key Responsibilities
* Sales Administration: Support the sales team by managing administrative activities at every stage of the buying cycle.
* CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer data, ensuring seamless sales operations and reporting.
* Lead Coordination: Handle incoming leads, schedule client calls, and assist in nurturing opportunities.
* Proposal & Documentation Support: Assist in preparing sales proposals, ensuring high-quality content that aligns with client needs.
* Vendor & Partner Support: Help manage relationships with Microsoft and other key partners, contributing to our partner status.
* Renewals & Onboarding: Support client retention by assisting with annual renewals and smooth onboarding processes.
* Process Improvement: Continuously refine and improve sales workflows to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Who You Are You are…
* An experienced sales administrator with several years experience in sales coordination or administration.
* Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
* Proficient in Microsoft 365 and Office 365, with a tech-savvy mindset.
* A strong communicator who can liaise effectively with internal teams, clients, and vendors.
* Passionate about supporting sales processes and ensuring seamless operations.
