Purpose of Role
Job Description
We are looking for a planner/scheduler to join the facilities helpdesk in Denton, dedicated to our various nationwide retail contracts.
Responsibilities
1. Manage incoming calls and emails ensuring excellent customer service is provided to our clients.
2. Manage 15-20 engineer diaries including planned maintenance tasks and regular day-to-day reactive issues.
3. Allocate work orders within Maximo (CAFM) and assign them to the relevant engineer, updating the bespoke systems and spreadsheets.
Essential Qualifications/Skills
1. Previous planning experience.
2. Experience within a customer service, phone-based environment.
3. Experience using Maximo or a similar CAFM system.
4. Excellent telephone manner and attention to detail.
5. Proficient IT skills including MS Office (Outlook, Excel).
